Using the lastest technologies and materials, Eovak's Solid carbide saw blades are high performance products. Eovak pressing and sintering carbide circular disc blanks and then grinding them into saw blades in a roof.



These kinds of Carbide saw blades are specially manufactured for cutting off and slotting metal materials such as plain steel, chilled steel, copper and aluminum as well as difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys,etc.



The material is the submicron carbide grade of 0.4-0.6|ìm.

Density: 14.6~14.8 g/cm3

Hardness: HRA 91.5-92.5

Bending strength: 200-280 kg/mm2
